That’s the point of My Creative Side, to share my love of art with everyone. Use these art projects in your art classes, in school, or with your kids at home. If you use my printables, make sure you leave my name and contact information on the page so your students know where you got it.

My art projects are inspired by my own sketchbook exploration and play, a variety of artists I find online, art classes I have attended, imagery from apps such as Pinterest, or students from my own art class in Fernie. When I create an art project inspired by a professional artist, I always give credit.

My art projects often use a combination of watercolour paint, colour pencils, markers, pastels, and other materials but if all you have is paper and pencils, that is also perfect. Each art project comes with customizable ideas, which include material options.
The quality of the materials doesn’t matter, either. I started with a cheap watercolour paint set and slowly built up my art supplies over the years.
