‘At The Edge’ was completed at the same as ‘Pieced Together’, where I started with a few brush strokes and kept building it up off of those original shapes. I was in the zone, 100% focused and hungry to create when I made these paintings. It got a little messy and went to the edge, which I find charming and unexpected.
The heavy watercolour paper is approx. 22.5” h x 15” w, with all sort of markings and dots and slightly wavy paper that happens during an experimental painting such as these. Completed using watercolour paint, gouache, colour pencils, and neocolor ii wax pastels.
Paintings are unframed. Shipping is extra and would require a tube for shipping.
